In 2009…
• We conducted trainings in 16 different states.
• 61 of our alumnae took political leadership as elected officials and appointees.
• Each of our field states has trained at least 45% women of color and some states had an even more impressive level of diversity
• Over 9,000 women through the White House Project’s training programs.
• We launched our groundbreaking report: Benchmarking Women’s Leadership
• We have participated in over 50 partnerships this year including those with Public Allies, Teach For America, Young Elected Officials Network, and the Center for Progressive Leadership.
In 2010…
• We hope to reach new states with our award-winning trainings – look for us in your area!
• We know that we’re going to surpass 10,000 women trained this year, but who will be the 10,000th woman trained - it could be you!
• We’re striving to reach an even higher level of diversity by bringing our trainings to new states, and rural areas around the country.
