Lead a Political Life

Lead a political life.  It's a catch phrase at The White House Project.  It's a responsibility, a "should", a directive.  But what does it really mean?

In the fall of 2006, four interns from The White House Project discussed how we could start being stronger leaders, and live up to our responsilibity to “lead a political life.”  We realized that there wasn’t one simple way to do it. Leading a political life can mean many things and figuring out where to begin is difficult.  So, we took it upon ourselves to figure out what people we know are doing in order to lead a political life.

We’ve compiled a series of written and video interviews with young individuals profiling how they’ve made politics and leadership a part of their everyday lives…so you can see that it's actually quite simple to start leading a political life.
