The White House Project DC Leadership Circle brings together philanthropists, activists, professionals, corporate leaders, elected leaders and Go Run Alumnae to raise funds to support the growing presence and influence of WHP in our nation’s capital. The DC Leadership Circle is a diverse network of women who contribute to the success of The White House Project and who will develop their own leadership and grow their personal network while empowering and supporting women of all backgrounds to lead.
Founding Members
Founding Members - any member joining in 2009 - agrees to raise or give $1000 to WHP during this year. As an ambassador of WHP, each member will also be encouraged to promote our training opportunities to her networks. Finally, in accordance with our vision to advance every woman’s leadership, members will receive private networking and training opportunities with The White House Project.
The DC Leadership Circle will:

Raise funds by expanding the DC Leadership Circle membership and the region's base of support

Identify and cultivate future donors and potential training partners and participants

Secure 30-40 women and men as founding DC Leadership Circle Members in 2009

Secure one or more foundation matching grants to compliment the investment of the founding DC Leadership Circle Members
